Hi everybody,

I have been in this stock for more than 4 years now and was planning for the first time to attend the AGM.

Since I have never been to one I was wondering 2 things :

1- Do I have to bring with me my proxy sheet so I can prove that I am a shareholder ?

2 - Since I am from Montréal Québec, I was planning to make the trip to connecticut and attend with my Girlfreind, do she have to be a shareholder and is she going to be allowed to get in ?
