If I were running the show at PTK and had millions in shares and good news was about to bring the stock up substantially (August 12th). I would try to pry as many shares out of others hands as possible, and use whatever tactics at my disposal to drive the price down and scoop up quietly at a large discount for me and my inner circle. If that meant selling 500 K of shares as part of the scheme I would do it (cost of doin' business) knowing that the chumps like us check to see if there is any inside buys or sells. I hope this is what is happening......otherwise PTK may have changed there R&D department to a P&D department... ;-)
