I've noticed that too that the bids far outnumbers the asks yet we can't move up. My theory is the majority of shares being traded are the MM's and day traders selling back and forth moving it where they want with coordinated stop loss raids and margin call triggers. Then when price retreats as a result they reload and let it run a bit b4 the rinse/repeat. But what do I know!
I've asked a couple times if anyone has seen a shareholder rights plan that enables existing shareholders the right to participate in future PP's in the same % as their original holdings regardless of the stupid accredited investor rules. Anyone?
