This is what confuses me:
"First, there are technology issues. They have achieved, in a university laboratory, the production of a 100nm microprocessor at the request of a potential partner."
So now the 100nm micro processer has been achieved as requested by whoever this entity is. All indications seem to be that PTK carried the cost of this. Why is there no positive recognition of this great effort from this partner? No mention of a payment, no release of the partners identity, nothing to add real value to PTK at this time when we need it. Doesn't it stand to reason that when you make a sacrifice in both time and money on someone's behalf, at their spacific request, that you sign a prior agreement that when certain milestones are met along the way your parter offsets your costs by making some specified payments? It leaves me wondering.
