Maybe someone more knowledgeable can comment on the following:
I was speaking with a friend on the weekend and telling him about POET, the reverse split and the angst that it was causing and he commented that it is very wise of management to be considering the RS as not only does it open up POET to being able to be purchased by institutional buyers, he also said that ETFs that are exchanged base must buy and hold some of the stock of every listing on that exchange.This should create some immediate buying should it not?Also there are technology ETFs and NASDAQ 100 and so many different categories that ETFs now cover that any category that POET falls into will trigger buying and holding….
Again, this is what I was told and am open to comments.
