So Frontier what you propose is a scenario I would love to see happen, however the one I fear goes like this.
PTK does a 5:1 split, say the sp is $9 (needs to get higher to get there) it sells off to about $6 due to scared investors and manipulators.
A bunch of imvestment houses in the US want in but since the float is so low they demand a PP. At lets say a standard 10% discount. So now they do a PP at $5.40ish and the market reacts to the dilution by taking us sub $5.
So now I own shares worth $1 pre split and less if you factor in dilution.
How long does it take to climb out of that hole? Who knows but I guess if you are holding forever it dosnt matter. Some people dont hold forever though. I am long and will hold for as long as it takes, I am just giving an example of what makes people nervous about this split.
