Why are we talking about a RS in the first place. I don't see why we can't do business and bring in $$$ from where we are. Grant you I think it would be a lot better to be on the NASDAQ for sure and the TSE, however, I don't see why we have to pound the SP into the ground to get there. A RS will bump the SP up to $7.50 or so but it wont take long for the manipulators to drive it back down a few bucks.
If management wants to list on the NASDAQ why not let the shock run up to where it should be. I am at a loss as to why we are not north of $5.00 even without income just on speculation alone if they have the disruptive technology they say they have - and lets face it, if Ajit Manocha came on board - something must be real.
