Fair enough jrubinst, but when posters show up with brand new accounts or after months and months of not posting......and all they do is post non-stop negativity.....it is very suspicious.
I wasn't happy initially with the n.r., but I reread the n.r. several times as well as the circular and 20f. I'm no market guru but it was clearly stated that the consolidation is not written in stone.....merely another tool in their tool box should things not work out to qualify for NASDAQ.
Several posters spent all day talking as if the consolidation was a guarantee and conveniently leaving out the potential positives of this move.
It's a real wake up call for this board if Oogee is leaving it......time to clear out the stock house snakes imo.
