have not been involved with an RS situation before only stock splits....just a thought ..could it be they are simply hedging as a safeguard to ensure a major listing is done sooner rather than later ...an essentially this a warning shot for the market to support the share price knowing what lies ahead...this would fit well if we got more news before the AGM...also cant imagine UConn woudl be happy with a 5-1 reverse ontheir 2mil shares at least in the short term understanding there is a hold on those shares....remember they are tied very closely with Dr Taylor and would want assurances this move is beneficial to them....
