The Nagatives

1. Most reverese splits retrace back to near presplit levels in the short term.

2.Reverse splits are typical tools used to squeeze out retail shareholders by reducing the OS and then issuing options and doing new PP's.

3. They are also used to devalue a company for an Aquisition (see point 1)

4. Liquidity is reduced.
