you don't have to assign the proxy to anyone here.
it's already part of the voting package you will recieve from PTK or your broker (contact your brokerage to make sure they send it to you!!!)
the matierial will contain your individual "control number", or one control number for each position if you hold PTK in multiple accounts.
this is used to vote online, for example at proxyvote.com
the voting instructions will be included in the material you receive from PTK or your brokerage.
your vote choices are recorded as you like them, and the listed designate (usually one of the BoD) produces a total of all the proxied votes in person at AGM to be counted as part of any resolution's vote.
