After reading some of the circular it looks like 2/3 votes required to pass the consolidation. Simple majorty vote to pass the increase in options, but insiders are excluded from that vote. Your vote must be in person or by proxy to be counted. Might be worth designating a proxy from this board and assigning all the dissenting shares to that person. That would carry some weight. Its not a hard process just have to fill out a form and assign any registered holder who plans on attending the agm.
