Let's face it: We are going to see even more flushing. More than 50 million options and warrants are going to be exercised sooner or later – unless anyone let their options/warrants render worthless, which I wouldn't bet on. This will go on until the share count reaches full dilution at 214 million shares (or so). A good deal of those 50 million shares to come will be thrown on the market, which will have to swallow hard each time.
But we all know this is unavoidable and part of the deal, so why complain! In the long run we'll be rewarded. Remember, a market capitalization of, say, $15 billion would mean $70 per share fully diluted. If you don't agree with my $15 billion estimate, please pick your own number and divide by 214 million.
