I'm in the "MS8 ain't done till an official NR says it is" camp. Just don't think a milestone of this importance would be released in an article that leaves any doubt as to its completion. It was a hint that it is very close. IMO. Does provide confidence in that further scaling beyond 100nm should not pose any bigger problems than silican scaling to these smaller sizes.
