But isn't this entire 100nm fully tied to a prospective partner? I was always under the impression that MS8 was a gap bridging solution for the interm, leaving time to figure out full adoption of the whole POET platform.

If that is in fact the case, I could understand why the 3rd party (prospective partner) would be reluctant to release that news, pending negotiation.

Am I reading this all wrong?
