Turr, your statement reminds me of a story of the great jockey Johnny Longden (a Canadian), and it's appropo to most stock investments, and in particular to your comment about letting "it run now." Johnny was racing at the Pomona Fair Grounds here in southern California, this was a short, two-week meeting between larger meets. The track was a "bull ring," a half mile oval, and I'll tell you those turns were sharp and scary.

Anyway, after finishing well up the track with a favorite, Johnny was accosted by a couple of angry patrons on his way back to the jockey room. "Johnny," one yelled, "why didn't you come through on the rail there heading into the stretch, you had room!" Johnny looked at the guy and and deap-panned, "What, and leave the horse behind?"
