It's a very weird statement in that paragraph, almost as if it was meant to be placed somewhere else.

It goes from talking about how complicated current 3D chips are to how POET can use existing fab processes to reduce costs and then that bizarre sentence:

The company’s final CMOS Si geometry at 10/11 nm is under development now and expected to go into production in 2015.

WTF?
