Prospector, this is the same analogy as "your vote matters". Your vote doesn't matter at the end of the day. If the heard mentality is to vote and everyone is dead set on voting and then you get smoked by a bus heading there, your inability to vote doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

If you think our tiny positions will have an effect on the SP then you're mad. This is going to be done anyways so it's advantageous to take advantage of it if you're capable of doing so. It's funny how those try and blame me and the countless others on here that flip (and don't mention that they do) because they don't either have the ability to do so or pardon my language, the balls (since it's a risky investment strategy). Similar to how those point to Chris Chu to blame because they over extended or bought at the top and need a scapegoat for their own investment mistakes.

"Envision a scenario where all the shareholders flipped a third of their shares on every uptick. Not a pretty picture!"

You use scenarios that are fictional and not reaistic to back up your claims and there lies the problem with your argument. People that argue without facts and based on fiction are not ones that win debates. The average investor is not going to flip their shares. They will buy and hold and sell when they feel it's right.

"Ever wonder why when some Companies issue a great NR the SP actually declines? It's the result of too many flippers in the mix."

So you think that's going to change? Nothing that you do or say will change that so accept it and use it to your advantage. Nothing that you do trading will effect the end share price. Mazan could go sell his 4 million shares in increments of 100,000 shares until he is out of shares starting tomorrow and within two weeks after he's done selling we'd be back where the MM's want us to be. Nothing you do will hurt the shareprice. If they want it to go down it will go down. Retail investors flipping will not change that.

In the case of financing then yes hammering down the share price when you know you need financing could be an issue. Good thing we know PTK doesn't need any financing. One thing you fail to understand is that when you sell shares into strength, you're then buying again the shares into weakness. Therefore the stock will Yo-Yo anyways and you're not doing anything to harm it. The retail investors will b.... and moan anyways and trading on the vulture exchange is a sea-sickening event so those who can't handle the swings shouldn't be invested anyways. We saw that two days ago when the guy or girl on here sold right at the bottom which sucks but what can you do.

Chances are you're not going to catch the stock at the top or at the bottom exactly anyways so you're actually selling into strength which doesn't hurt it and then when they want it to go down you start buying into the weakness before they decide to turn it around.

Hope this clarifies things a bit.
