So Dr. Taylor should stop focusing on the PET and POET PDA's to work on something down the road that would build off of this base? So we should not take care of what is currently being asked by the Mega Cap potential partners that are under NDA with us and need us to deliver, so that we can focus on every possible future discovery/tech that can't even be obtained without the first techs being completed...
Was PC exceptionally polished... no. Is everyone overexagerating how unpolished he is... yes.
Their objective was clear, make it aware that we are in good financial standing, don't need a buyout or someone to come in and "save them" and raise the base price of their current IP and company. You think saying that they need money, that they are going to run out of money before completing their chips and not be able to get partnerships before they do (or even just not mention it and let that doubt enter peoples minds) is the way that you approach that type of event?

Why do they need Bay Street folks' money? They can buy shares like everyone else if they want to invest. Do you think a guy with 5 million to spend on POET is going to get a PP because he wants one? No. He will be contacted if we ever needed one again but PC made it clear that won't be necessary. Therefore they can buy on the open market like everyone else after doing their DD.

Do tell me what these responsibilities are... Are they get the company in a good financial position and get us talking and working with potential partners? Such as mega caps that he said they were working with?
Or in your eyes is it to walk up to you and tell you everything is going to be alright? Or maybe beg Bay Streeters for money that they don't need? Maybe tell Taylor to start working on things years down the road before completing the crucial milestones and requested chips that the current MEGA CAP potential PDA's are asking for?
