Yes, we need to be respectful and civil of posters here, but not necessarily nice. People posting here have their own interest at heart. If you are long the stock, you have an interest in a share price increase. If you are short the stock, you have a interest in a share price decrease. If you are a flipper, you have an interest in either an increase or decrease depending on the timing of your purchase cycle. If you are a paid poster working for a company that pays posters to try and move a stock, you have an interest in performing well in order to keep your job. People are not required to be nice while protecting their interest. The possibility for posters to use distortion, distraction, and deception are real. When reading a post I ask myself is this distortion, distraction, deception, or hype. Nothing wrong with debate here on the board. Everyone needs to judge for themselves about the voracity of the posts you read here.
