POET Technologies Inc.

I don't know what the balance is between small, mid, and large cap corporations, but it seems the majority of times I happen to tune in they feature large caps. However, now that POET is formally a small cap it would be a perfect fit for when they take calls on both small caps and technology stocks.

I would be very interested in hearing what their guest would have to say about POET.
