Sandman...I'm not saying the EC news or event itself has anything to do with the SP going up or down. I'm simply saying that on this board, too many people are looking at the event as a watershed moment somehow. The same sentiment was being given to the Global Semi Conductor forum. And then I was told, I shouldn't compare those two by Maing which, I wasn't. In fact, I could easily argue that the potential business networked between the mightiest in the Semi Conductor industry would have way more implications to the future business and potential of POET. Yes, seeing Dr Taylor speak amongst a large concentration of potential movers and shakers (and investors) is important, but it's not going to have a huge bearing on the share price IMO.
