For a break in the discussion.....

I'm making poached fresh salmon with a garlic wine sauce, double-baked potatoes, and sauteed asparagus for Easter supper, accompanied by a fine cabernet. This will be followed by plain vanilla Hagen-Das ice-cream and a leisurely after-dinner stroll with my wife and dogs. Pure Bliss!
