I would be willing to be a part of this association, a single shareholder does not always have their voice heard, but a like minded group of shareholders whose accumlative total number of shares is much greater... would likely have a voice that may be heard, if necessary.
I tend to agree that our best interests will likely be served by the great management team at POET, and we will be protected by a SRP.... but having a collective voice showing a strong percentage of the shares held, should help make sure our interests are being considered.
