Falafel, I'm pretty sure that first time material disclosure at the EC won't cut it. An NR will have to precede the presentation, unless there's nothing new to report. That being said, Dr. Taylor is a scientist, and who knows, given the magnitude of the stuff he's been working on, possibly an eccentric one (I have never heard him speak, unlike the majority of posters here). Who knows what might be blurted out before PC can dive on the microphone!
