I've asked this before, and never held a stock that went from research to development.
I still think the first news of this type will be with BAE, possibly after 100nm is finished and validated. BAE has had a long history here, their sector is huge, and I'm assuming somewhat sensitive disclosure wise.
But how exactly would this type of deal be structured? Do they buy the IP outright? Do they own that verticle? This for me, is the launching pad moment. It may have to wait until after Pellegrino 2.0 as well. But the Military side is as lucrative as the semi-conductor business, and is no less competitve. Boeing, HP are all in there.
