So if they are asking the warrant holders to exercise their warrants, does this mean they need a bunch of money right away? Also we just did a 5 million dollar PP. What happened with this money? Is there any other reason why they would need the money? Also would we not be getting a money infusion from a partner? These are all relevent questions I think.

I am just thinking out loud. Still long and string but wondering what the issue is upon why they would need such money quickly.
