if there is a belief there will be a liquidity event soon with a trading halt with a premature buyout offer... is it a good plan for warrent holders to exercise now by hedging with no strings attached to sell at an opportune time on the open market when it is convenient to them...(ie..can they excersise if there is a long trading halt due to buyout offer).....either way i see less overhang as a good thing with an infusion of cash to company.....just a thought
