For investors wanting to enter for the 1st time, or average up, the last few days have been good. I did today for the RESP, at 1.21 and feel good about it. I have no problem buying the ask. A few cents either way is not an issue if the entry point generally seems good from an investor point of view. I would rather get my order filled than miss the next leg up.
