I agree that 100nm Gaas being faster than Si at 16nm. What I am wondering is space requirements within the small smartphones. Is there any worry from the techies here that we need to have it much smaller than 100nm to be used in these units as it stands. Like I said before I thought the size was not an issue because we are doing the job of multiple chips within one chip. Anyone shed any light on this. Thanks
