Can you verify that the UConn royalty was a factor ie. assessed in Pellegrino 1.0?

Not sure I can agree with the "urgent need" argument. The power saving with PET alone amounts to $millions/yr. in big server farms.

The more likely explanation is they couldn't fathom the technology.

It's the only way you come up with a $1B valuation.

Certainly the tech was no where near as far along, and that risk had to be built into the valuation.

Most of that risk is now gone.
