Seems to me ..... BAE is ISO certified. Military and other users will not buy the technology / product without the ability to obtain certification. Hence B A E ( or other party) is now playing the lead role with their eqpt developing while the University facilities are closed. Unlikely the institution would have the prerequisite. ISO accreditation. All good.. Tpower
