What I like about today's market reaction to the NR is that, despite the PP being done at a substantial discount to yesterdays closing price of PTK, the market saw this as a positive and a buy signal for future gain.

I too think this NR was necessary to remove an impediment to neat term NRs. Very optimistic here and expect the upward trendline to continue now.
