Given the end of the Agfhan millitary mission the military market will experience a degree of down turn.

It would be not illogical for BAE, after the synergy and experience of working with the POET team, that they might come to the concusion that the commercial world could be tackled with a BAE led offensive, as a sensible strategic divertion from their tradional role, which in any case has a large IT component and significant resources. Is this why a decription of BAE resources was part of a recent NR?
