You might need a new email each time now but you didn't in the past. I used it when I used to trade more back in the day.

To answer the question as "The Waiting Game" pointed out already, I believe it's just a trigger that PNP reached that automatically generates a NR which Pinetree has to sign, etc... You can all read it on Sedar, it's just a formality.
