Good point Mrs. Shepherd, now with PNP on our board they will be blacked out from trading (as long as there is an official internal blackout). Previously they were deemed an insider and had to report their trading but they were not necessarily privy to insider information so they would not have been blacked out. Practically I am sure they had more info than the average investor, I am sure Sheldon can pick up the phone and talk to Poet management anytime he wants. I see it as a positive that PNP continues to dump good money after bad into Poet, I am sure he has an idea of how discussions are going with interested large Tech companies.
