59er, the real meat is in Pelligrino's follow-up letter to then-CEO Pierhal (February?), where they lay out many of the key elements of their valuation model. Read more of that filing from SEDAR, and less of the actual (heavily-redacted) report.
fwiw, I hope -- when it comes out in late-Spring/early-Summer -- that P2.0 will have had less of a dance with the fat-tipped Sharpie than 1.0 suffered.

Also, from what sevenO posted on Investors Hub it looks like the 5% royalty was a request by Lee Pierhal - it was not even an assumption made by the valuation team. I have not seen anything that counters this. I would love to so if anyone has this, feel free.
