One thing to remember about the Pellegrino Report is that it is merely there (as FJ) reported, to provide a floor valuation, so they have some 3rd party back-up to a potential low ball.
I'm willing to bet that NEST would not have been valued at 3.2 billion. It's what Google was willing to pay for it, keeping with their own strategy.
POET is paving the way beautifully. We're shaping up for a very interesting year, and hopefully a profitable resolution by the fall, but hopefully sooner.
