Lee and all the BOD have signifcant options. That is 100K of his own cash - a lot of Exec/mgmt are mapped in via options. I think Lee has somewhere between 1-2M options in addition to the 100K his wife bought. I am sure the exact data in the public domain.

Not to worry, the entire team has a chance to be wealthy ($2-4 for POET) or have generational wealth ($15+). I am sure most will be opting to get the later, especiallyTaylor whom it is his life's work.
