Asked Leo Karabelas (VP of Corp Comm) earlier today several questions via email.

  1. Approx. how many shares will have been issued after all is said and done?
  2. Approx. how many fully diluted shares will exist after all is said and done?
  3. Approx. what percentage of Novo will Mark Creasy own as a result?
  4. Approx. how much cash will Novo have left after everything is finalized?

Leo wrote back and said:

  1. 23m shares to mark [creasy]
  2. about 86m shares fully diluted
  3. 28% ownership for Mark and 22% ownership for Newmont
  4. 9.5m in the bank
