Vancouver, British Columbia - Newnote Financial Corp. (the “Company”) (CSE: NEU; FSE: 1W4 announced today that, subject to regulatory approval, the Corporation has granted a total of 200,000 incentive stock options to purchase common shares, at an exercise price of $0.36 per common share, and expire on December 10, 2015, in accordance with the Corporation’s Stock Option Plan.

Further, the Company announces it intends to settle outstanding indebtedness of $81,000 through the issuance of common shares of the Corporation at a deemed price of $.36 per common share (the “Debt Settlement”). The common shares issued in connection with the Debt Settlement will be subject to a four-month hold period.
