The vote that failed -- to stop the "arrangement" -- was a watershed moment for CMM shareholders.

Would this not be an appropriate time for some kind of an update from our CSC? I realize there are, or have been, constraints on the CSC's ability to release any info, and we are still faced with the court and exchange approvals. But, with all the rumblings about changes in the CSC some kind of output would appear to be strongly desirable.

Is the committee still in operation? Does it have an ongoing plan? Even, are the constraints on info release still in place?

I, for one, think some communication is in order, all things considered, at this juncture. I can't help thinking of the "mushroom" analogy.
