I am kind of encouraged by the lack of information. Obviously this is pure speculation, but I really think that if it was all wrapped up we would have seen a press release from Century after hours yesterday or before hours today saying it had been approved. I could be way off on this but I would imagine that the vast majority of the votes were cast electronically which would mean that by 9am Friday they should have had a very good idea of the outcome. The only way that they wouldn't know was if the vote was too close to call and could be influenced by the few paper ballots tricling in. Again this is pure speculation and I could be way off, but it is food for thought.
