Interesting, this could very well be a calculated risk in taking control of the company by way of secured loans, unsecured loans, bridge loans, exercising warrants, private placements, flow thru shares and so on.

Get them in unnecessary deap debt, then here comes White Tiger to the rescue with very little money and no resources.

IMO, Century doesn't have a cash problem, they have a management problem that needs replacement as soon as possible....
