At the end of the day I haven't heard ANY good arguments that explicitly state why being taken over by WTG is good for CMM shareholders. On the other hand, I've heard countless arguments for why this deal sucks.

It's not surprising to me at all that when one puts forth their paper thin position in favour of the proposal that they are confronted in all manners.

The deal put forth by WTG and endorsed by CMM management is easily the worst deal I have ever seen. So bad I've put up cash to fight it and will give more if needed.

I actually don't believe the proposal is legal and would like to see it go to court.
