Good point, Side Three:

It makes one wonder what our former Director, Peter Ball would say about this so-called "plan of arrangement" - I prefer to refer to it as a "plan of methodical deceit" - should he be subpoenaed one day and made to testify under oath.

Just a thought, but an interesting possibility.
