Actually: the registered head office of 7351577 Canada Inc is:

30 Birchview Blvd
Toronto ON M8X 1H6
Canada
This corporation is presently in default as to its Annual Report production (deadline May 14, 2011).
My understanding is that 'Terra Partners' is a business name (a 'division') of 7351577 Canada Inc, probably registered on the Ontario Business Register (to which I don't have access).
