Agree. The tax issue gave them an easy excuse and a face saving way to put the brakes to their initial timeline. I think that was their sole intention. Interesting that they chose to mention that additional information was being asked for by authorities. I wouldn't be surprised if some PR money is going to be spent to soften up shareholder resolve.
