Common Ground...interesting concept!

We want a better offer.

They want CMM and WTG to merge.

Is there a common ground?

Are they (CMM/WTG) prepared to make a better offer or are they planning to make this their last offer and try to convince us that their properties are better than we think?

I spent a whole day yesterday on sedar researching their properties and frankly I did not see a lot of value as things stand today.

It appears that unless there is a better offer, the deal will be dead and there will be no merger.

Does the company still think they control enough shares to win the 2 votes? It would appear that they do not.

So where is the common ground?

Perhaps we should all consider that question.
