Another thought.

So WTG management owns most of the shares of WTG...they control the sp.

So they bid the WTG sp down thus keeping the CMM sp down and buy as many CMM shares as they can. This could go on for a week or more.

When they think they have all the CMM shares they can get on the open market, they drive the sp of WTG higher......and perhaps the CMM sp follows it up again.

So now they have even more CMM shares and can control the vote.

Perhaps they don't bother to bid it back up and keep buying....but then it would get voted down unless they have enough shares to control the day?

Question: Why isn't Peggy on the phone to Agnico Eagle convincing them to make a counter offer? Why aren't WE on the phone to all the majors?

Does the OSC not see the manipulation here?????

As you can see I am confused!
